The incredible Heart Reef formation, which is a heart-shaped coral reef, is one of the most spectacular places to see. This impressive structure is 17 m wide and can be seen from the air.

Half Moon Caye Wall

This spectacular dive site is home to many types of marine life. Recently, it was discovered that the wall is also home for sharks. They have now named it their new home. You might be feeling more adventurous and want to explore underwater tunnels between coral outcrops.


Yongala

There are many options for diving on the SS Yongala. Townsville is 3 hours away by fastboat from Townboard. Advanced certified divers are best suited to these dives, which are around 30m deep. For a little more, you might consider a daytrip to dive the SS Yongala. The trip takes three hours in total and includes two tanks.

Punta Vicente Roca
