Course content

Pre-requisites

Refresher Course
People who wish to refresh their skills can take the EFR Refresher Course. The course consists of two parts: a Skill Development session and an Exam. EFR refresher courses are optional, but recommended by the EFR Instructor Handbook. The refresher course will teach you the most recent developments in CPR and first aid. The AED will also be taught. Additionally, you will be able to instruct others on how to perform these skills in an emergency.
This course will help you to improve your skills and prepare for the PADI Rescue Diver course. It also meets the requirement for the Professional Rescue Diver course and other courses that require CPR training. Cost
