Sherwood Scuba has a problem with its BC. It's not up to standard and doesn’t give customers the information they need to resolve the matter. When Undercurrent reader Thomas Cranmer had a problem with his BC, he emailed Sherwood twice and filled out its "Contact Us" form, but was unable to get an answer. Sherwood does not have a physical address. He finally wrote a certified letter to the Irvine (California) address on the company brochures. However, he received the return address of his letter without forwarding it.
