TDI offers four levels in qualification. Each level offers a different learning experience and is tailored to individual needs. The training emphasizes Jungian psychology, typology, and physiology. It also teaches divers how plan dives are done, which is crucial to a successful diving career. This training program is widely recognized and respected around the globe.

TDI offers 4 qualifications

TDI Institute is located at Whiteland in Indiana and offers four qualifications. While each qualification requires a different amount of time, the median time for education training is three week. Though tuition is roughly $5,000, most reviewers found that grant funding and scholarship were available to help offset the costs.

TDI offers credit hours for courses that have been approved by the Institute. Each semester hour is worth eight credit hours. TDI also provides credit hours in real estate, ethics, mortgage lending, ethical conduct, and real estate courses.

It is focused on typology

Typology is the study of how different types of people behave in a variety of situations. The TDI training aims to help individuals understand how their type characteristics affect their behavior in particular situations. It is important to note that a person's type is not a fixed trait that can't be changed.

There are many personality types, some of which overlap with other. While a personality inventory will give an individual insight into how their personality types work, it has very limited predictive power. This is often not related to an individual's actual life circumstances.

It focuses specifically on Jungian psychology

Jungian psychology refers to archetypal psychology which emphasizes creativity. The field offers a wide range of theories, practices, and tools to address common challenges throughout history. Through this approach, TDI training focuses on Jungian concepts and their application to human behavior.

Jungian therapy also places an emphasis on religion. However, this is not required. Carl Jung encouraged patients find meaning in their religions, but most major religions are less relevant to modern society. Jung advocated looking at one's source of meaning from a broader perspective. This is often achieved by finding balance in different aspects of the person.

It teaches divers to plan dives

The TDI training program teaches divers to plan their dives. It also teaches basic skills that are necessary to make a safe dive. It covers basic skills like buoyancy and weighting, underwater navigation, and marine conservation. TDI training teaches divers the art of planning dives to ensure they don’t go overboard.

The first TDI course teaches a diver the basics of planning dives and how to prepare for all types of diving. The second course is for advanced divers. This course teaches divers how to plan dives on different terrains. Divers who are more experienced can dive in challenging terrains. Others may only dive in shallower water.

TDI training may be a good choice for advanced scuba divers. This specialty course teaches how to handle oxygenated and different gas blends. After the course, you will be able dive longer at depths and can experience more in one dive.

Divers learn to mix and analyze scuba gases through TDI training. This training covers technical diving as well as proper equipment maintenance. The course includes study materials for home. The study guide provides comprehensive and organized information. It covers topics such as the duties of a gas blender and the production equipment used to create the mixtures. After the successful completion of this course, certification will be issued.
