Anse Cochon North & South

Scuba divers can explore the Anse Cochon North & South Reef, a pair of dive sites located between the two islands. Both are accessible from the beach and range in depth from about 10 feet to 40 feet. They are great dive sites for beginners and easy-level divers. Although the coral is more abundant on the northern side, there are many reef fish at the other end. You will see octopus, sea whips, trumpetfish and sea whips.

Anse Cochon's south end is home to the Lesleen M, an abandoned cargo ship. The Fisheries Department of Saint Lucia used it as an artificial reef in 1986. The seagrass beds that attract many species of fish surround the sunk vessel. Barracudas and stingrays may be seen on the wreck, as it was deliberately sunk to be a dive site.
